Doug Harper Returns to CGM
as Banquet Manager
After taking a two year break, Doug Harper has returned
to Club Green Meadows as Banquet Manager. Doug was with
Club Green Meadows previously, from 2000 to 2006. “I’m
really excited to be back,” said Doug. “In my new position,
I will be focusing exclusively on banquet services.”
Doug hopes to increase the number of banquets here at
the Club and utilize the facility to its maximum capacity.
“We have lots of rooms that will accommodate groups
from 15 to 250,” said Doug. “It’s exciting when we have
two or three different events all going on at the same
time.”
Doug is looking forward to working out again at the
Club. “My goal is to be up on the third floor, working
out, at least three or four days a week,” he said.
Doug comes to Club Green Meadows with more than three
decades of service in the hospitality industry. Among
his many responsibilities, he was once the Personal
Catering Manager for the San Francisco 49ers while working
for the Marriott Hotel. He also was the Banquet Manager
at Sunriver Resort for many years. So, welcome back
Doug, it will be great to have you and your family back
at the Club!

Summer is now a fleeting memory. It’s time to plan your
corporate or family holiday party at Club Green Meadows!
We can help! Consult with Doug in our Banquet Department.
He will schedule your event, assist you with the menu
and take care of all the logistical details.
We can handle groups big or small; as few as 20 and
as large as 200 people. We have several banquet rooms
to select from, including a private ballroom with stage
and a more casual dining setting in our Hospitality
Room overlooking the golf course. We also have several
meeting rooms to meet the needs of smaller groups.
We can also prepare all the holiday food for your off-site
party. Appetizer trays, dessert trays and full buffet

BANQUET
FACILITIES — Club Green Meadows is the perfect
place to hold receptions, business meetings, training
sessions, and private gatherings of all kinds. We have
rooms available in various sizes to make your special
occasion a success. Rooms are tastefully decorated and
designed for versatility and convenience. If food is
required, we have complete in-house catering services
to meet your needs. Whether you're holding a private
party for 10 or a gala event for 300, we can manage
all the details—allowing you to enjoy the occasion.
BALLROOM — Located
on the main level of the athletic building, the Ballroom
is elegantly designed with chandeliers, oak woodwork,
a built-in bar and a stage. The room is ideal for occasions
such as wedding receptions, dances and business conferences.
Room dimensions are 63 feet long by 50 feet wide (3,110
sq. ft). Room capacity is 300 (theater), 180 (classroom),
250 (banquet), 250 (reception).
HOSPITALITY ROOM
— Located on the second floor of the club with access
through the stairwell in the main hallway or through
the club lounge, this room features large picture windows
that provide a scenic view of the golf course. The Hospitality
Room is decorated in soft greens and pastels and is
ideal for large banquets, receptions or club events.
Room dimensions are 72 feet long by 40 feet wide (2,880
sq. ft). Room capacity is 300 (banquet or reception).
VIP
ROOM
— Located on the second floor of the club next to the
Hospitality Room, the VIP Room is designed for elegant
private affairs such as executive luncheons, wedding
rehearsal dinners and exclusive parties. The room is
decorated in fresh coral colors with touches of green.
Room dimensions are 53 feet long by 20 feet wide (1,060
sq. ft). Room capacity is 75 (theater), 48 (classroom),
60 (banquet), 75 (reception).
NORTH
CONFERENCE ROOM— Located on the third floor
level, the North Conference Room provides a panoramic
view of the golf course. It is our most popular rental
for business seminars of all kinds. Room dimensions
are 53 feet long by 24 feet wide (1,311 sq. ft). Room
capacity is 125 (theater), 60 (classroom), 100 (banquet).
EXECUTIVE
WORKSHOP — Located on the third floor near
the North Conference Room, the Executive Workshop was
created to provide a comfortable setting for business
meetings. It features a 16-foot conference table with
14 high-back, cushioned chairs. Room dimensions are
30 feet long by 18 feet wide (660 sq. ft). Room capacity
is 14 (conference).
JUNIOR PARTY AREA —
If your junior is having a party in the near future,
consider using the Junior Center as the venue. Our staff
can customize parties with the addition of bowling,
basketball, video games and assorted other activities.
We can also provide pizza, ice cream and cake. Contact
the Junior Center director for information on availability
and cost.
